Mentoring Training
Now Accepting appications for Mentor Training
To become a mentor, you must
first attend a Commission-approved training course, which qualifies you for 9
hours of Dual CLE Credit. Once you've completed the course you can complete an
application to be submitted to the Supreme Court of Tennessee for approval to
serve as a mentor. As a mentor to a
new attorney, you can earn up to 6 additional hours of Dual CLE Credit. Become a part of transforming the
profession and help a young lawyer to be the best lawyer possible. Pre-requisite
online program- Course 135821- must be completed prior to attending live
training.
All inclusive cost $125.00

The Trainers:
The Commission has contracted with
David Shearon,
former CLE Executive Director and Kathy Story,
Story Consulting and Coaching, to conduct the mentor training. The training will
challenge mentors to reach within themselves to find the strengths that they
posses and teach them how to use those strengths as the foundation for a strong
mentoring relationship.
